Functional safety of pressure transmitters of BD SENSORS company
Šimoník, Martin ; Hlinka,, Jiří (referee) ; Fuchs,, Pavel (advisor)
This master thesis examines the functional safety of the pressure sensor XMP i which is produced by BD SENSORS Company. The aim of this thesis is the demonstration of compliance of the pressure sensor XMP I with functional safety integrity level SIL3 requirements. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the concept of functional safety, defines the basic concepts of functional safety, compares the approaches of functional safety according to selected standards and provides a general procedure for the functional safety determination. The second part deal with technical systems reliability defines reliability indicators and describes selected types of reliability analysis used in practice, especially the FMEA/FMECA analysis. Third part deals with the reliability analysis of the sensor XMP i and with evaluation of results.
Evaluation of present technologies in ensuring functional safety of machinery
Koten, Jakub ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Zahálka, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of present technologies in ensuring functional safety of machinery. The first part devotes to the technical standards, which are related to this issue. It explains the most common terms occurring in these standards and the description of the basic principles for the design and ensuring the functional safety of machinery. The second part presents the elements ensuring functional safety. These are the input elements that monitor a device and its surroundings. Logical elements which, under specified conditions assess inputs and send output elements impulses to respond. Then there is the chapter showing on the example the design and verification of the performance level and safety integrity level.
Improvement of company processes to assure safety of products
Zvolánková, Kateřina ; Jankových, Róbert (referee) ; Prostredník, Daniel (advisor)
The diploma thesis devotes to the process of ensuring functional safety of products in Bosch Rexroth Brno, which deals with industrial hydraulic systems. The first part introduces the basic legislative regulations concerning product safety and describes selected standards relevant to this thesis. The second part focuses on Bosch Rexroth and the current state in the field of ensuring functional safety of their products. It also includes a description of the functional safety solution of a specific project – a hydraulic try-out press. At the end of the thesis, improvements to the process of ensuring functional safety in response to the identified shortcomings are proposed.
Evaluation of present technologies in ensuring functional safety of machinery
Smetana, Štěpán ; Tůma, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zahálka, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is concerning functional safety as a whole. The first part of the paper will provide a description of what we can imagine under the term of functional safety and why we should pay attention to it. The document also includes introduction of safety components used in a frame of functional safety and its brief description. You can find here methodical approach to calculation of performance level PL and safety integrity level SIL, this calculation is shown on an example of an emergency stop function.
Risk assessment of the machine according to ČSN 12100:2011
Steklý, Jakub ; Stibor, Karel (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the safety of engraving machine. The main contribution of this thesis is the detailed implementation of the risk assessment according to valid standards. Further detailed design of measures to meet all safety requirements. Part of this thesis is familiarity with the machine and its current state and the procedure of risk analysis. Another part is the risk assessment. Conclusion of this thesis includes the documentation and ES certificate of conformity.
Information system for assessment of safety systems according to ČSN EN ISO 12100:2011
Franka, Jakub ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Holek, Radovan (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the design and implementation of an information system intended for simplifying work with machine safety systems. It addresses design of the data model, server and client parts of the app and user interface with focus on customizability. The design of the system is based on the norms EN ISO 13849-1 and IEC/EN 62061.
Information system for assessment of safety systems according to ČSN EN ISO 12100:2011
Janek, Samuel ; Stibor, Karel (referee) ; Holek, Radovan (advisor)
This work deals with the design of an information system that will facilitate the collection of parameters and their further use in the evaluation of security systems. The design will be based mainly on the standards EN ISO 13849 and EN 62061. The resulting application will not contain an initial risk analysis according to the standard EN ISO 12100, but will primarily focus on safety function design and evaluation.
Objectifiacation, comparison,, and degree of association of maladaptive indicators in athletes
Kaľata, Maroš ; Malý, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee) ; Lehnert, Michal (referee)
Objectification, comparison, and degree of association of maladaptive indicators in athletes Aim: The aim of this study was to identify bilateral and unilateral asymmetries in different components of neuromuscular testing among young athletes, and compare these asymmetries with respect to sport type, age group, performance level, and gender. The secondary aim was to assess the degree of association between types of asymmetry (morphological, balance, strength, and running asymmetry). Methods: The sample population consisted of young male and female athletes aged 10 to 19 with various sports specializations. The participants were grouped by various factors: predominant characteristic of the sport (symmetrical (SY), asymmetrical (ASY), hybrid (HY)); chronological age (10-12 years, 13-15 years, 16-18 years); performance level (elite, sub-elite), and gender. Asymmetry was assessed from morphology and various neuromuscular assessments: distribution of muscle mass on the lower limbs (MA), bilateral differences in the size of the center of pressure path length (APS), maximum active (APF) and impact peak force (IPF) and force impulse (FI) at initial (Z) and final (K) running speed, bilateral asymmetry of knee extensors (Q:Q) and flexors (H:H), and H:Q ratio (unilateral asymmetry) at three angular velocities...
Impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the physical fitness of female volleyball players between the age of 14 and 16.
Bendová, Tereza ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the physical fitness of girls aged 14 to 16. The aim of this work is to evaluate the impact of the pandemic on a particular group of female volleyball players on the basis of recorded data. The theoretical part focuses on the pandemic itself, but mainly on the physical activity linked with the lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The theoretical part also expands on information about volleyball and the individual player positions. The practical part deals with the recorded data and its evaluation. For data collection, I chose special motor tests performed on volleyball that test specific motoric abilities of volleyball players. The results showed that the physical fitness of the female volleyball players deteriorated in all tested areas. The biggest percentual deterioration can be found in the K-test used to measure speed. The deterioration rate was recorded in 100% of the players. Furthermore, when comparing whether the players' performance after returning to training recovered to their pre-pandemic levels, I found that not all players were able to perform the same. Implementation of offensive standard situations in football at various performance levels
Král, Jan ; Pokorný, Ladislav (advisor) ; Krejča, Filip (referee)
The diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of offensive standard situations in football. Specifically in the competitions: division group B, third league group A and the highest competition, ie the first league. The analysis of the work is based on watching football matches from the record. The diploma thesis consists of two main sections, namely the theoretical and research section. The theoretical section is focused on theoretical concepts such as game systems, game combinations, game activities and standard situations. The research section contains the following research situations: how teams most often play offensive standard situations, from which place most offensive standard situations take place, which player most often plays offensive standard situations, from which area players most often end offensive standard situations, which player most often ends offensive standard situations, ending offensive standard situations on goal or out of goal in selected Czech football competitions, which I mentioned above. The information from the diploma thesis can be a support for coaches in the analysis of offensive standard situations of individual teams, and coaches will then be able to appropriately choose tactics in defending offensive standard situations. Keywords football, standard...
